Working with me, you will get direct, no BS, action-oriented, unbiased coaching. I have been where you are now, and have gotten to the other side. I bring humor, play, and creativity into our sessions so it’s not all painful or hard, we can have fun making big changes!

In our sessions, we will create goals and a clear action plan to get you where you want to be. Through our conversations, writing prompts, and exercises, you will better understand yourself, others, and the world around you. We will tear down and blast through issues, which can range anywhere from destructive patterns, eating issues, self-worth, negative thinking, confidence/self-esteem, what our parents want vs. what we want, finances, values, feelings of lack, procrastination, time management, judgment, and more.

I will ask you questions that will make you think and that will challenge you, that will enable you to go within and find answers that you didn’t have access to before. You will start to observe your inner dialogue, you will begin to understand your patterns, and you will clearly see the blocks in your life that have been holding you back from a life that you love.

If you decide to work with me on a more continual basis, there are a few different ways we can make that happen. I strongly believe in weekly or bi-weekly phone or video sessions with my clients, and that it’s best to work together for 3-4 months to get the best results. After all, it takes a little while for new habits to form, change to happen, and the new you to stick!
